On short notice,
Next Saturday Mediamatic is hosting a one day workshop to explore
methods to federate Social Networks. Subjects include publish &
subscribe using XMPP and Atom Publishing Protocol, migration and
consolidation of accounts and works across websites, distributed search
and synchronizing content across websites.
We've invited developers from twitter.com and sixapart.com and it'll be
a rather technical meeting. At 17.00 we organise a wrap up with a borrel
for the slightly less technical folk.
